Delivery: 100% Free. No extra cost. Please allow 8-10 working days for delivery. On delivery, signature maybe required. Product Selection: If there is a choice of product colour, shape or style, please ensure you inform us of your choice after payment Your order: Please ensure you list the correct delivery address after payment. Delivery address cannot be amended after order is placed. Tracking: Once your product is shipped, we will send you a tracking code which you can use to check the status of your delivery. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Returning unwanted products: You have 14 calendar days starting the day you receive the product to cancel your order, unless the product does not have cancellation rights. The product must be sent to us within 14 calendar days from your notice to us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product when you cancel your contract. Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund. Defective, faulty or non-conforming products: We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with our customer service as soon as you become aware of any problems. If you return a defective, faulty or non-conforming product to us, the product will be inspected at our warehouse. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to provide a full refund, in accordance with applicable law. Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns. If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be processed within 7 calendar days of our receipt of the product.
